Subject to the applicable terms, coverage addresses eligible defects in materials or workmanship affecting normal operation. Every service request is assessed individually, and inspection may be required before coverage can be confirmed.

Warranty does not normally cover ordinary wear, cosmetic change, accidental impact, loss, theft, misuse, magnetization, battery replacement, strap or bracelet wear, moisture damage beyond the stated water-resistance conditions, or damage caused by unauthorized opening, modification, or repair.

2. Provide the order number, model or reference, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video where useful.
3. Follow the supplied packaging and transport instructions.
4. Retain tracking and shipment documentation until the case is closed.

Initial review begins after the watch is received and logged. Service timing depends on diagnosis, parts availability, provider routing, and the work required. An estimate and any non-covered cost will be communicated before chargeable work proceeds.

Water resistance is not permanent. Gaskets age, impacts can affect seals, and crowns or pushers must be used correctly. Periodic pressure testing is recommended before swimming or water exposure, particularly after service, impact, or several years of use.
